Report: Facebook is the only shrinking social network

Huffingtonpost.com has numerous stories of Facebook being hacked. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/news/facebook-hacked  While Facebook is not alone in falling victim to hackers, I am not required to provided so much personal information. The minimum amount of information required to create a personal Facebook account is a first name, last name, valid email address, password, gender and birth date.

According to MSN Money, "While the social media network trumpets its 1 billion users, new research indicates about 100 million of them could be dogs, brands or even toasters." in the  Millions of Facebook's users are actually pets article.  http://money.msn.com/now/post.aspx?post=a95315e6-96b6-4b98-8e8c-c431739eda9c
